Refunds, Returns, and Subscription Cancellations Policy

We are confident that you will absolutely love our Sing Like a Star products. There is a wealth of information in them equal to many thousands of dollars’ investment in private lessons and classes.

However, just so you know, you can cancel your subscription at the end of your current year.

Annual Subscription Cancellation

If you want to cancel your annual yearly subscription, please email support@singlikeastar.com We need a two-week notice to cancel your subscription. Payments process by automatic debit yearly.

When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the product until the end of the current billing year’s period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods.

A two-week notice is required to process any cancellation.

We will confirm your subscription cancellation by email.

Email your refund or subscription cancellation request to support@singlikeastar.com. The subject line should be: PRODUCT CANCELLATION REQUEST

In the body of the email, please provide: REASON FOR REQUEST
